Regardless of weather or not you are contractually owed this money back, they can make you fight for it.&nbsp; Which ultimately means you'll lose some of it.&nbsp; Think Foreclosure if you have to. But a traditional seller is always the best bet.&nbsp; I'd be happy to tell you why if you want. Just email me.
