Zillow Advice: Using Zillow to sell - Listing feed submitted several times, no response...

After I received a call from Zillow.com regarding advertising options, I decided to further check our listings on the site. I have found MANY errors and am starting to wonder if Zillow.com is even pulling from our feed anymore.

I see a large number of our listings are not even on Zillow.com but show up in our daily feed just fine. On the other end of things, there are also several listings that are still listed as for sale on Zillow.com even though they have been taken off the market months ago and have not shown up in our feed for some time.

I was given the Zillow IT number of 1-800-253-4189 but nobody was able to give me details on the feed at that number, seems they only help with errors on a per listing basis. Please contact me regarding this so that we can both help Zillow become a better website and also get the exposure for our listings that we anticipated.

Other than being a little outdated from time to time, our feed is running fine now.

I am curious though, how can I search Zillow.com for ALL of our listings that we send in the feed? I was going to do a keyword search, but I do not see that option anywhere on the Zillow search page... I need a way to check which listings are live from our feed.

We also have an XML feed that we have submitted but not heard anything back. We are working on a project to aggregate a number of brokers but do not want to promise a live date on Zillow and add more brokers before we have a confirmation that the feed is working.

What else can we do to get our feed noticed ASAP?

I am happy to announce that Zillow has finally got our feed up and running! It did take a while, but they are getting around to everyone eventually, hang in there. We are already starting to see traffic coming in from the feed, and hopefully leads as well. Thank you Zillow!
