Utah ... http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/i-work-for-a-hud-approved-housing-counseling-agency/410018/ Yes, that is correct. Utah is a non-disclosure state so the zestimate valuations mean nothing in Utah. In my own neighborhood for example some of the "zestimates" on homes are either too high or too low compared to actual fair market value.

Also, I'm surprised that non of the addresses show up in your searches. Pretty much every home here has an information listing on zillow. So, I don't know if you're getting bogus addresses or what. Have you googled the addresses to make sure there is a property at that address.

I did find one agent posting an ad on online classified ads for a listing of home but when I googled it there was no possible way that address would work. It was a bogus ad by the agent on KSL.com.

Anyway, I hope this helps you in some way.

Thanks,

Becky Nay Wed, 03 Aug 2011 03:54:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/i-work-for-a-hud-approved-housing-counseling-agency/410018/ 2011-08-03T03:54:00Z i have typed in several addresses ... http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/i-work-for-a-hud-approved-housing-counseling-agency/410018/ i have typed in several addresses and all of them say no match found so are we out of luck?
