If you have already "flagged" the 2003 "sale" that is not right using the flag next to it, that send an email to Zillow about the error. They need to verify things with the local records office and then they will remove it.<br/><br/>To speed up the process, I would make sure that your local assessor/recorder's office has the correct information. Once in a while addresses get crossed in at the local level and then Zillow picks up the wrong information. Other times, it is a data error on Zillow's end.
