No, not all mortgage companies use the same credit reporting agencies.

In our company, we request from all three scores. However, if all three scores are below 620, then it only shows us the highest score. It saves us money ultimately. We could certainly get all three scores though from our credit company.

The only other times where only one score would be shown are - if the loan officer only requested one credit score (some companies do that to save money). OR if your creditors are not reporting to all three agencies. We have seen that in the past as well. Its more likely that the lender did not pull all three scores, especially if you have seen a previous report with all three scores listed.

We do not charge an 'application fee' so if you would like another opinion or better feedback, feel free to give us a call.

Thu, 19 Jan 2012 18:17:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Credit-Report-and-scores/429264/ 2012-01-19T18:17:00Z Either you don't have enough ... http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Credit-Report-and-scores/429264/ Either you don't have enough credit or perhaps you may have put a block on with the other two bureaus (if you had some identity theft issues). Don't keep pulling your credit ask the company that pulled it to review it with you.

If they cant answer this, then suggest they have a conversation with their credit report provider for an explanation. Did they indeed pull all 3? Some lenders pull one to save money.
Did they call the company who pulls reports for them to see why 2 scores were blocked?
