It is taking advantage of the lowest man on the pole here, the homeowner. But then again, we always pay the price for everything right? The rich become richer and the poor become poorer. That's the American Way anymore.&nbsp;Hiring a realtor and trying to get a second appraisal won't do you any good when this happens to you. So if you are another unfortunate homeowner reading this: Don't waste your money on the second appraisal. The Zestimate is the God of all values to some people, nothing anybody can do about it...
