I ... http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Buyer%27s-agent-in-house-without-permission/4425/ I hate your situation. I am sure it feels like to you speaking up is only going to hurt your situation. I truly hope it does not. HOw terrible to have someone tresspass and violate your sense of security and then be told there is nothing that can be done about it.

The complaint should be made against the agent and more importantly the broker who condones unethical and illegal behavor from one of their representatives. Your Realtor needs to call the other Agent's Broker immediately. There are some real creepy, dishonest people out there and unfortunately...some of them are Realtors. It has a lot more weight than another agent. My realtor is the owner of a different office, and he's much smaller. I think there are about 6 agents in his office, but it is not a national agency like RE/MAX.

I called my agent and told him I want to file a formal complaint.

He is going to do it. He says he hates the guy. He's always upsetting his clients with lowball offers and ridiculous demands. He just doesn't want there to be any backlash. I really hope there isn't any. We are not in a good market to begin with. I want the turd gone as much as the next person, but not at the expense of never selling my house.

I gave him my neighbor's number. He is calling her for a first hand account of what happened. After today I don't really have any expectations that anyone will act on it. I think if the market were not so bad right now, my complaints would have been acted on. But now that a lot of agents are suffering, anything is justified. There is a witness to the tresspasser. Not to mention a record of calls. Hopefully she still has those calls saved on her cell phone. If the instructions are to confirm before showing....the evidnce speaks for itself.

To suggest she has no resolution to this problem gives RE a bad name. She should pursue all avenues available. I told him they offered on the house, so I think they did like it, and he said then I was ANGRY BECAUSE I DIDN'T LIKE THE OFFER. I told him I don't want him in my house again. He said he'll tell him. But after talking to the VP, I feel like that jerk trained the buyer's agent in his shady techniques.>> Tue, 28 Aug 2007 18:12:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Buyer%27s-agent-in-house-without-permission/4425/ 2007-08-28T18:12:00Z what will it be Almay? http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Buyer%27s-agent-in-house-without-permission/4425/ what will it be Almay?
