Read them. I will say one thing, the money you spend using a good "experienced" realtor can be invaluable. If you sell on your own you have no one to blame but yourself if things go wrong. Don't make your decision only based on money, there is a lot more to it. You would be the point of contact for showing the house, reviewing documents, marketing, etc. If you have equity in the house and can afford to pay the realtor commission, you are better off going this route. You will get maximum exposure on MLS and other websites that buyers are using, realtor will show and market the house, help with disclosures, inspections, escrow, etc. Selling a house is a huge commitment so having someone that is licensed and insured to represent you is always a good thing. Of course as a realtor I have a biased opinion :) but I always recommend having an expert help advise you through the process. Good luck!!
