Hi Robin -

Please follow these steps to take over the listing:

1. Log in to your account on Zillow and type in the property address.

2. On the home details page, click on "Flag Listing" under the For Sale By Agent section and hit "Dispute listing agent".

3. On the next page, choose the reason for taking over the listing.

4. Then enter the sale price, listing website and MLS # of the property.

5. Tick on the disclaimer and click on "Create Your Listing".
