I wouldn't use the floor plans for anything other than the back of brochures you hand out when showing the home or at open houses, as the most important use of the floor plan is to distinguish it among the dozens of other home brochures they have seen and help them remember the lay out of the home as it becomes confusing to recall.
The biggest issue is pricing, it needs to be as cheap as possible and the plan as basic as possible to keep the costs down and don't forget the disclaimer! I think $40- $80 would be the starting point if possible. I doubt many agents would want to show a floor plan at all. The reason simply put is that buyers who look at a floor plan could decide never to look at that property or contact that agent.

As a buyer I appreciate seeing floor plans and plats. However, few agents put them on their listings.

If you really want to know if this would fly in your area you can talk to the SBA and call up each individual real estate office in your area and ask them if they would be interested.

The Small Business Administration may be able to give you some help in setting up a business and help you do it the right way. You should consider setting up a chapter S corporation if you do that. It gives you some protection and does not cost much.
