Ofcourse there are many homes nationwide, having accurate values is a daunting task BUT having inaccurate information is detrimental to the homeowner and the community. Would it not be better to state that accurate market conditione are impossible and reccomend that a local realtor or appraiser is contacted. Everyone understands Zillow is doing the best they can, but if the information is inaccurate allow local experts to make corrections. That is the assumption when one looks at what zillow provides. The majority of zillo users do not spend hours reading all the terms and conditions etc. BE REAL It can do a lot of damage. So therefore the facts listed are worthless..just eliminate them and the Zestimates, too, if the staff cant keep up and provide accurate info! Just sticking to the basic real facts like most other sites if thats all they can handle. My realtor says pics are the first showing, well I think an accurate map is just important and can be a great tool if it can be trusted to b accurate. Every other realestate site got my house right but not Zillow! Huh? Thankfully after a month and a hissy fit they finally fixed two out of three issues. The comps r still eay off, they are ruining us people, ruining us! I for one will b greatly offended if someone averages out the three comps and makes me an offer with that number! I bet they've been working on this. I always thought it might be mission impossible for them to accurately estimate prices all over the country. Appraisals of value are just not that easy.
