A buyer's agent can get you in to this property quickly and offer you other options that meet your criteria so that you don't have to do all the work. However, if you only want to speak with the listing agent and they aren't getting back to you it's possible that it's because the home is already under contract. I would sugest that you call the listing office (the listing agent's main office number) and ask to speak with the 'floor' person. They can pull the listing and give you it's current status and schedule an appointment if the home is still available.
