THE SIMPLE PREMISE THAT ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURES BEYOND A CERTAIN POINT WILL NOT YIELD A RETURN COMMENSURATE WITH THE ADDITIONAL EXPENDITURE APPEARS TO BE A CONCEPT THAT THEY DO NOT WISH TO GRASP.
