I guess I should have worded my question different.&nbsp;<br/><div>I have done extensive research online and I keep reading post that if a unit is a certain size, with windows, a door, etc it can be designated as a bedroom. Added to that the sponsor claims that it is a 2 bedroom unit and similar units have sold as such. I'm trying to find out if there is in fact a legal way in which this could be the case.
