If they have been pre-approved for this particular purchase, it may be a reasonable way to sell.&nbsp; You would need to see proof that they will qualify, and be very specific about the terms of the sale in advance.&nbsp; Everything is negotiable in real estate, and market conditions in your area will greatly determine your decisions on items such as "option money" and rental contributions toward a down payment (or none).&nbsp; If you are considering selling and the market in your area is difficult or lengthy in time, this may be an option to consider.
