Additionally, the contracts used to sell homes can vary greatly and can, in some cases, come back to bite you during and after the sale of the home.
You pay the Listing/Seller's Agent a considerable amount of money to act on your behalf and protect and promote your best interests. As such, its important that you have an agent that takes their role seriously, works diligently on your behalf, and is respected among fellow REALTORs. All of these attributes can mean more money in your pocket at the closing table.
If you have questions about the value of your home, I'd invite you to read my reviews from my past clients and then let me know if you'd like more information about what I do to set myself a part from other agents in town. A good listing agent will get you more for your proeprty and will usually be able to get you more ROI even after paying their commission because they know their local market and know what fees, costs, and purchase price they can get for you. If you lack the experience you may save the money on the commissions but lose out on maximizing fees, costs, and/or purchase price.

If you are looking to sell a property in Vegas/Henderson we would be more than happy to run a free CMA for your home and tell you what we feel we can get for your home. We also have hundreds of buyers currently submitting offers. We can often times line you up with a buyer quickly and sometimes without even having to put it on the market.

If you would like to discuss this further please let me know.

Best Regards,
Robert Adams Tue, 11 Dec 2012 18:35:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/For-sale-by-owner-or-by-seller%27s-agent/469628/ 2012-12-11T18:35:00Z
