I have been in touch with a couple of local management companies and truthfully, have been a bit disheartened with the breed discrimination. They dont "just" rent apartments but SFR (Single Family Residence) too. There are a lot of rentals out there because so many investors have been buying Tucson Real Estate and now renting them out.
