Like I said, somehow they were getting the wrong figures, and by they I mean underwriting because that's where the LO said the taxes were at. Very simple. I filled out a form 1084A myself and emailed it to them and they agreed with my numbers so now apparently we can move forward. It really has been 4 weeks and just today we got AUS approval from my understanding...and now "the loan is going back to underwriting to issue your approval" according to the loan officer.
