If selling is not on the near horizon and you want to spruce up your home for yourself then by all means do it but in the long run it won't give your home much more value. The trouble with laminates is when they start to wear out you really can't do anything to fix them. Maybe I can put something together if you are interested?

Best wishes and good luck Mon, 07 Jan 2013 19:18:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/will-laminate-flooring-increase-my-homes-value/473466/ 2013-01-07T19:18:00Z I'd say no in most cases ... http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/will-laminate-flooring-increase-my-homes-value/473466/ I'd say no in most cases unless your flooring now is dirty, outdated or strongly colored. Some segments of the market like laminate, but some really hate it.
