Before you negotiate, have your agent do a market analysis on the home&nbsp;so you can&nbsp;offer&nbsp;market value&nbsp;and not what the seller wants. Plus any&nbsp;information your agent can get&nbsp;out of&nbsp;the listing agent will help because sometimes agents give more information then they need to and that is worth trying to give you an advantage.
