Taking advice from realtor and attorney, another oil tank sweep was conducted during the home inspection. &nbsp;That sweep found a "suspicious metal object in the shape of a 550 gallon tank" in the driveway in the exact location that the seller said it was removed. The seller has paperwork from the city and a developer stating it has been removed (but no pictures) so why would the oil tank sweep come up positive?
