Any concessions you make beyond the agreement are based entirely on your own kindness -- which&nbsp;will probably be taken advantage of -- with no benefit to you.<br/><br/>I don't go for the notion that opening your home again somehow solidifies the process. That's what the legal instrument (contract) is for. Opening your home for additional tours is not a legal instrument and does not solidify anything.<br/><br/>If you do however go down the "good-neighbor" route - make sure that under no circumstances do they enter the property without their agent.
