I am such a control freak, I do them on every transaction I close.&nbsp;&nbsp;I also like to send reminders on deadlines a few days before the deadline (with the help of calendar invites, etc.)&nbsp; Does something like have value&nbsp;from view of &nbsp;a premier agent like yourself, or is this something you also maintain?
