What ever you bid above sales price you will have to have cash
it may or may not be rolled into loan.I agree with other Realtor where some of these homes have gone 10 to 13k above sales price.Just make sure you are working with someone that has HUD experience very helpful. Please call if any questions. If sold for more that asking price on a HUD approved property you will need to come up with 3.5% of list plus what ever you bid over asking price. So make sure you make your bid using the proper financing. Please call with any questions or concerns. Your Realtor will work up a CMA so you will have an idea of what has sold for recently- I can tell you HUD homes are priced aggresively-- so I wouldn't low ball the offer. You can also ask for closing cost on HUD homes.

Best of luck Mon, 16 Sep 2013 16:09:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Is-there-any-way-of-seeing-what-HUD-homes-sell-for/511448/ 2013-09-16T16:09:00Z They usually price them aggressively ... http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/Is-there-any-way-of-seeing-what-HUD-homes-sell-for/511448/ They usually price them aggressively so they don't take much off of them when they sell. You need a Realtor to buy them so let them guide you. The Realtor is free to you so take their advice.
