The problem with outdated listings often comes with agents who fail to remove/update feeds to Zillow. Agents manage a lot of feeds/information so some can get missed. <br/><br/>Other agents leave listings up intentionally as "lost leaders". I am not a fan of that practice since I feel it is misleading. You can always enter the address in your local MLS system or double check on realtor.com to see if the house is currently listed.
