The company has the only Real Profit share program in the real estate industry.
Please call and take the time to learn what this program could really mean for you in the long run when you want to stop working and receive passive income. I would be proud to sponsor you even in VA. However, you should also discuss with them how you expect to get clients once you are licensed. Very few just show up at the lobby of the real estate office ready to sign a buyer agency agreement or listing agreement with the agent who happens to have floor duty at that time. Do you have a "sphere of influence" (business associates, church community, etc.) that will provide your first few clients until you start getting word-of-mouth referrals? How will you persuade prospective sellers to list their homes with you instead of with experienced agents? How will you persuade prospective buyers that you are better able to help them find their homes of choice than more experienced agents? Are you willing to work as an assistant to an experienced agent for not much money, at least for a few years? Also, is it important to you to have your evenings and/or weekends free? Residential real estate agents don't. If this post has been helpful please click the thumb's up below.
Thu, 31 Oct 2013 16:38:00 GMT http://www.zillow.com/advice-thread/What-is-the-best-way-to-get-started-in-real-estate-in-Northern-Va/516300/ 2013-10-31T16:38:00Z
