I'm not complaining about the bubble; just warning people about it and fighting the propaganda that hides it.

I warn people about the propaganda real estate agents use to convince people to buy; I make them aware of what some of them do so that they could recognize those who are conning them. My web site explains this; you'd already know this if you read enough of it.

I'm not attacking realtors; I'm just helping defend those who put too much trust in them. Lawyers have a bad name; everyone make jokes about unethical lawyers even though they aren't all unethical, I think they will soon be replaced by realtor jokes.

Nothing wrong with putting food on the table as long as you don't take food off of other peoples table.

If I was selling diet pills, I would be making an honest living. If a discovery was made that those diet pills cause cancer and I continued to sell them, It now goes beyond "making a living". I certainly would stop selling them; if someone else was selling them, I would warn others.

You know who Alan Greenspan is? Right! do you think you can
explain to hime he should buy a home... after all the guys loaded.
He is reported to have made 6-10M on his new book. Sadly he said
"many will be surprised how far prices will fall"... Do you think he will buy
after the blood bath. And this guy ran the US Economy for 18+ years.
Go figure.... Maybe I will waid until Greenspan buys his first home....

He sure know more than the Realtors here...

Do not mistake yourself with buying a house to make money. That is the wrong way of going about buying a house. A house is just a place to live. You should never be concerned about how much your house price have gone up like it is a piece of stock. NO!

A house just happens to be one of those things where prices will always constantly go up. It just so happens that sometimes it goes up faster than other times so maybe that is why there are people out there who try to make quick buck and get hurt by it when house prices do not go up.

A house is for family who need their own house to live in. It is a place to build a life long memory and create your own American dream. If you treat your house as some sort of money market, you do not need to buy a house. You should just go invest in stocks instead.

If you love the house, if you can afford the house, then buy the house. It is a simple concept that these bubble-bloggers are making it confusing to first-time home buyers who desperately needs a place to stay.
