Once That was done, prices here in socal were so absurd that it wasn't financially smart to go that far into debt, particularly as it was pretty clear to me that the price levels were unsustainable. We tuned it down and just waited a few months/In May we gave him a offer but he refused ! I waited then to are surprise he called 2 weeks ago nd told me it was going to be auction. At the auction fri about 50 people showed and only 3 people inculding myself were bidding.As soon as the bid went over market "I was bidding against one person "She took the bid over 100% market "I have never felt so depressed ! I think if I bought that house and held onto it, there is a very good chance it will be worth less in a few years. The same thing if you bought in 01. You would not be upside down. ***<br/><br/>Do you have some kind of a mental block?
