We are paying 2.25% to buyers agent. this is a great home, really a good value. we priced it much lower than it probably is worth because the house is too big for us and we have already purchased another home in an adult community.
The home is perfect for special situations...such as
- someone that works from home - has a separate entrance and wing
- an athlete - has a sauna and very large exercise room, mirrored, high ceiling
- inlaws - the 1200 foot addition can easily incorporate a small kitchen area and it would become an apartment with separate entrance
- the master bedroom is on first floor.... but the house is a very open floor plan so that a family would not feel that the children upstairs were far away as there is only a half wall separating the upstairs area
- hardwoord floors... marble floors
this home was originallya model home, so it has some really nice elements and we constantly update.
its meticulous. just finished the upstairs bedrooms...all now have hardwood floors, fresh paint, gorgeous crown and ceiling mouldings.
- the garage has a 10/10 climate controlled separate closet
- I have installed 15 feel of kitchen cabinets in the garage to hold extra things.
- there are four attics
really and truly.......its a great house.... great neighbordhood, great school system.
