I'm dont like being a doom and gloom type of guy! now with have saying that! The market here sucks. I'm not an agent, but do work in the housing industry. Legend Homes, Oregon's biggest builder has filed for bankruptcy. They started here in 1966 hmmm? Many builders are mailing the keys back to the banks, because the banks have cut of thier money supplies, and the builders can not finish the homes. We have about a 10 month supply, we have over 20,000 active listings, and with a now -4 in deperation, this mess is just starting to catch up with us. Trust me.
