Wisconsin Student Assessment System (WSAS)

In 2011-2012 Wisconsin used the Wisconsin Student Assessment System (WSAS), which includes the WKCE and WAA, to test students in grades 3 through 8 and 10 in math and reading, and in grades 4, 8 and 10 in language arts, science and social studies. The WSAS is a standards-based test, which means it measures how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of Wisconsin. The goal is for all students to score at or above the proficient level.

Awesome school with teachers who truly care about you. i was a part of the first graduating class to be a part of the Appleton Career Academy for all 3 years and can say that it was the best decision i have made. The incorporation of real life hands on application of the classroom material made everything i learned that much more relevant. I would recommend this school to anyone who cares about their education and its relevance to the future.
