Very unsatissfied the school has lost so many students it is now a 2A school. The principle and superintendent are horrible would give them zero stars if that was an option. We have good teachers though but lost many good teachers this past year. I do not recommend this school at all until there is an overhaul of the new administration.

Aransas Pass High School is not up to standards. As you can see they are only academically acceptable. I graduated from Aransas Pass on a skate. Their curriculum only covers the knowledge base of Bloom's Taxonomy. It is truly amazing that I managed to find my way to college because I wasn't provided with any guidance from that school. I don't believe they put enough effort into reaching every individual child. They need to raise the bar to get all students not just the favorites actively learning serving the community and seeking goals for their future.

This school needs to revamp there disciplinary guidelines and be consistant with diciplining all students for the same offense the same way. Unfair favortism is practiced quite often.

  • (7 years ago) is a great place for the kids to learn their accedemics needed to work in todays world. This is true but as for the other opportunities to excell and gain scholarships in athletics is lacking. I do not believe that it is the Aransas Pass High School coaches they have a great staff that care about the kids trying to reach their dreams. Most of the fault could be the parents envolement or the town itself. I have been here a year and I have not seen many Aransas Schools fund raisers and for me that is different.

A great place to raise children but lacking in some key departments. The band has gone downhill greatly since Don Karnes left. School spirit has been running low. Needs some new teachers that will actually stay.

Aransas Pass High School is a place where every student is important. The administration and faculty are willing and eager to give as much individual attention as a student needs to succeed. Aransas Pass High School is a credit to the entire community.
