Inman does not meet out discipline fairly. The teachers vary from excellent to unsatisfactory. Some kids who are lucky enough to get the best teachers and avoid unfair treatment will get a good middle school foundation. Most kids will be very happy to leave.

Middle school years is a very difficult time and I have found that the majority of the teachers and staff do not seem to be equipped to handle this age group. There isalso disparity in the handling of infractions (one child gets a slap on the wrist while another gets detention for the same infraction). Also it appears the trend is to try to get rid of the minority students and send to alternative schools at every opportunity.

My daughter started middle school at Inman and is currently in the 7th grade. This Middle school experience at Inman has been the BEST! The teachers are very dedicated and go over and beyond to push the children in the right direction. I LOVE being an Inman Middle school parent and my rising 6th grader is very excited to be apart of the Inman family.

I have previously submitted but I just can't say enough for this school. It really is a great school and you will find that out by looking at the student's attitudes and their grades. As a student I found that the Inman crowd was some of THE kindest people i had ever met. Having been forcfully relocated to Brunswick this year I can say that Glynn County Schools have a lot of work to do before they can even fathom reaching APS standards.I would give anything to be back in Atlanta at Grady (Which has a wonderfull Communication Magnet program and is where all of my friends are) . My friends would tell you only great things about Inman (and Grady!) if you asked them. The friends I made at Inman I can say proudly and without a doubt in my mind be with me forever. So will my education. D

This school does not have the leadership necessary to guide the attending children in an appropriate manner.

I attend Inman Middle School and I absolutely love it here. I am in the 8th grade. This is my 3rd and last year here at Inman and I certainly will have many memories and miss my school alot but I will fill confident to transition to high school. Inman Middle is a fun learning school with great teaches activities learning/ teaching processes. If you are looking for a school for your child I highly recommend you to let him/ her attend Inman. You may doubt or question me because I am just a child but I guarantee you will not be let down my Inman. We as in the students teachers parents and staff are on big happy family with open arms and care for each other greatly. I love Inman and I will miss it next year )

Inman is a great school. It focuses on how to prepare the children for the future and how to be a better person. With test scores higher than the state average. Inman has a multi racial population. I have three kids two in seventh grade and one in the sixth grade. They love it and it makes me happy knowing they are in a great school that we all agree is wonderful.

Inman's academic programs are absolutely wonderful and challenging. The courses prepare the children to go on to high school and they also prepare them for real life experiences. My children enjoyed being in the music program at Inman because it too was challenging at times. The teachers definitely demand a lot of their students but I do not view that as a negative. Parents are greatly involved at Inman and that helps make it feel like more of a community than a school which was great for us.

I think Inman is a great school. This year the 8th graders got some of the highest scores on the writing tests. The sixth and seventh graders also did very well. The just finished remodleling our school and it is a great learning enviornment.

Inman is not only a good school it is a great school. My son will be attending 6th-8th grade this 2005-2006 school year. I don't live in the district however I refused for my child to attend Kennedy Middle School. When I found out there was a chance for me to enroll him into a school outside of his district I jumped at the chance to enroll him into Inman. Inman was my first and only choice. Please know that I am not only a concerned parent however I was an Inman student myself (1991-1993). I know first hand what Inman has to offer and I want my son to take advantage of all that this school has to give.

my daughter is in the 8th grade. Inman has been a good school for her. Middle school is a learning experience for child and parent. I feel that the nuturing ended when I start her. But overrall it is a good school. Many activites. Most of the kids that go to the school are not in the Zone because they want the best for thier kids. The PTA run the school because they do not want the white base to erode.
