Sunken living room, vaulted ceiling, wood-burning fireplace. PET FRIENDLY: we welcome most breeds of dogs. We cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid. We accept cats & DOGS UP TO 35 LBS. We require a $200 deposit per pet, up to two pets per household. Pet rent is $25 per pet, per month. We pay water, sewer, and trash Pet rent is $25 per month per pet, up to 2.
