In 2011-2012 North Carolina used End-of-Course (EOC) tests to assess high school students in Algebra I, English I, and Biology. The EOC tests are standards-based, which means they measure how well students are mastering specific skills defined for each grade by the state of North Carolina. This school is awful! It is so unorganized and teachers talk down to you...Most of the teachers even use bad language and they degrade the student.

Mitchell High School treats their students like they are somebody. They treat the students very well they also listen to them and help with their studies and any problems they might be having. They do have a problem with organization.
