I have 2 children who attend the Academy of Saint Adalbert. One is typical and one is on the Autism Spectrum (attending the STEPS/St. Adalbert combo program). We have been very happy with all the STEP Center for Autism Staff that teach at the Academy of St. Adalbert as well as the hard working friendly and caring principle secretary librarian and teachers in Kindergarten and Preschool. I feel like the teachers and staff are adequately trained really listen to our concerns as parents have an open door policy for communication encourage parent participation in the classroom/special events and are very sensitive to both of our children's needs. Both children are thriving this school year and are getting a well rounded education. Some improvement that would be nice includes addressing the slippery stairs during bad weather by either changing the school entrance route or adding non-skid strips/materials to the steps.

A wonderful school filled with people who care! We have one child at the Academy and another who graduated recently. Our older child is a very successful high school honors student at a catholic high school. The education they each have received is second to none. Both have benefitted from individualized attention and advanced opportunities available due to the co teacher model . We also value the priority that the school places on affirming our catholic values especially thru the Stewardship program. This is a school that makes everyone feel welcome and embraces children as individuals who have different learning styles and needs to achieve their personal best.. If you are looking for a school to help your children grow you should not only visit St. Adalbert but also allow your children to shadow in a classroom to really experience the difference! Then talk to a parent.

As a parent I absolutely LOVE this school. The staff really cares and my son is getting more help in the areas where he needed help. Academically it is above where he was in the public system. The Community Stewardship Program is wonderful - - each grade has a theme (feeding the Hungry is 2nd Grade). And the prinicipal is FANTASTIC. I reviewed other area schools and picked the Academy of St. Adalbert because of the focus on the individual student; the principal and teaching staff; academic focus and loving / caring atmosphere.

The Academy of Saint Adalbert has been instrumental not only in my son's academic success thus far but also his social development. He started as a teary eyed kindergarten student and quickly found that the caring community embraced him. He is now outgoing and has already developed close friendships! This is a place that is truly a community and everyone is focused on the all-around development of the child.

We love the one on one education that our boys are receiving in a small school. They are making good lasting friendships and know what Jesus means in their lives.

Teaching children real life values and teaching them how to use those values in everyday life. What a concept!

The Academy of St. Adalbert is unique in its size and 'Family feel.' You don't get 'lost' in a sea of other children...instead you feel a kinship with not only your classmates but all the other grades as well. We love it!!

My child has attended the Academy of St. Adalbert in Berea since she started preschool. The individual attention family like atmosphere and educational standards are second to none in the area. The small class sizes ensure individual attention which is so important in today's society when most public schools are laying off teachers and increasing class sizes making it impossible for children to learn.

St. Adalbert school maybe small in size but our spirit is larger than life. Please come and join our 'family' community where the theme 'Walk with Jesus' is in the hearts and minds of the students teachers staff and parents.

They focus on individual's strengths and teach accordingly. This approach enables children to reach for the best within themselves and believe that they can achieve what ever they can dream of.

My daughter has been attending St. Adalberts in Berea since kindergarten. Now she is in the 4th grade and we couldn t be more pleased. The teachers principal and staff have gone way beyond my expectations. The care dedication and commitment they have towards our children is unmatched. The tuition is more than reasonable and helps parents that are on a tight budget afford to send their children to a school where they not only receive the best education but also a strong moral and ethic foundation.

The Academy has developed students into Leaders while focusing on academics faith and family-For generations this school cares for every student and the staff are second to none. They are committed to teaching and nuturing our children in a small school setting-

The teacher to student ratio is very low the kids get plenty one on one time with the teachers. They are always availble for extra help and willing to discuss the student's progress with the parents.

This school IS a small school with a great big heart! It combines academics with compassionate challenging faculty who really do care about their students and the administration is top notch! We are blessed to have a highly-motivated hands-on principal who instills both Christian values and morals and encourages the students to excel.
