Great post Spencer! It seems like the Snoqualmie/Issaquah area is a haven for the closet tycoon that wants to get away from it all. There’s an estate down the road from this listing that is on the market for a mere $20M! (http://www.redfin.com/stingray/do/printable-listing?listing-id=472342 ) For the price though, you do get underground parking for 200 cars and a location that is “five minutes to Sea-Tac and Boeing international airports via helicopter.”
