Mapping the best candy bang for your costume buck?

Everyone knows someone who gets a little crazy around Halloween; they design their costume months in advance, spend hours in the office planning the perfect Halloween party and carve seemingly impossible pumpkins that take hours of preparation.  But today, a Seattle resident took this obsession to a new level.

The folks behind the Capitol Hill Seattle Blog, a neighborhood blog catering to the “fancy pants part of Seattle’s Capitol Hill,” have determined that their neighborhood is THE place for kids to get the best loot this Halloween.  By using Zillow Heatmaps and a childhood theory, they have determined that North Capitol Hill is one of the best places to score candy this year.  And apparently others agree- over 250 trick-or-treaters rang the authors doorbell last year!
