Post a Home for Sale and Increase Page Views 200 Times
In case you missed the news, just a little over a month ago we launched the ability for listing agents and homeowners to post their home for sale on Zillow- for free. As we noted at that time, posting a home for sale on Zillow is an incredibly powerful (and easy) way to market properties. Zillow is one of the most-visited real estate sites in the country, and with between 3-4 million visitors every month, we offer the exposure you want for you and your listings.
Here’s a quick recap of what’s happened so far:
- We now have close to 30,000 homes posted for sale
- 65% of those homes have been posted by agents
- The average home posted for sale on Zillow gets a lot more people looking at it than a home that isn’t – about 200 times the amount of page traffic, to be exact
What does all this mean? Well, for starters, we’re off to a good start on adding homes for sale to Zillow (but we do have a way to go). Even more importantly, it means that those folks who have posted a home for sale are benefiting from a huge uptick on the amount of page traffic they’re getting. Potential clients are finding their new homes for sale right now on our site– even while you’re reading this!
