Top Viewed For Sale Postings

California is a popular area this week, with 3 of the 5 top-viewed homes hailing from the Golden State. With the weather taking a turn for the worse in Seattle (the wind is currently causing our building to sway a bit from side-to-side) the idea of 70-degree weather is pretty appealing.

I could see myself mowing the luscious green lawn in Sunnyvale, CA (even the name is warm!). Or perhaps I’d be better off settling in Daly City or Fremont, where I could catch the BART into San Francisco and get some work done on the way into the office. Florida sounds pretty nice right now as well, and I can definitely see myself living in that gorgeous home in Mulberry.

Alas, for now I will have to try to remember the clear days that were few and far between in Seattle and start settling in to our seasonally rainy period. I think if I squint and turn my head a little to the right I think I might still be able to see Mt. Rainier.
