Last November Zillow launched a new service that allowed our real estate partners to send us daily feeds of their listings. Our inaugural partner was ERA - a division of Realogy Corporation. Based on some great results and their desire to market their listings broadly, Realogy has decided to expand their relationship with us. So, we are really pleased to welcome the rest of Realogy’s residential real estate brands – which, in addition to ERA include CENTURY 21, Coldwell Banker and Sotheby’s International Realty, as well as company-owned brokerages operated by its subsidiary, NRT LLC. Now, all 700,000 of their collective listings will be available to the 4+ million visitors who come to Zillow.com each month.

As always, the ability to market your listings to the millions of Zillow users is FREE. You can either upload listings through our feed program, or one-by-one (if your broker/MLS doesn’t currently send us a feed). You can get all the information you need HERE. We currently have over a million listings and are well on our way to two million.
