The house we’re renting is up for foreclousure.I think it stinks..The thing is that our landlord didn’t even tell us. Told us that when we did get any notices from the bank send them to his wife,(by the way the house is under his wife’s name)When we got the notice that this house was up for foreclousure we did contact the landlord, his comment? Ah! just ignore the b.s.We’re working with the bank.. FYI: he also has other homes in the area in whice we live in.. So far the sale dates have been put off by the “Lender” now the new sale date is set for 12/1/09.Don’t renters have a fair shot at the landlords that have homes tht are going into foreclosure??? I don’t trust landlords…

Lots of people walked away from there homes because of unaffordable terms, depreciation,and knowing that their principle balance is now much higher then the property value, their investment capital vanished. It’s good to know when to hold them, and when to fold them. that was then, this is now we can still create opportunities to move forward and regain our position, now that homes are more affordable, if your income is good, but your credit not, and you want to purchase income property, funds are available through hedge funds, private investors, pension funds, 35% down payment short term loans, the exit plan would be improved credit.

HELP FORCLOSURE FOLKS? look “G” if you want to help some body you can blow some of that extre dough my way! I’ve owned my house for 18 years, have 2 kids to get through college, and an art/music carrer thats been on hold for a decade all ‘cuz you know I’m up in it doing the workin’ stiff thing and paying my dues.

Its not like I had some killer ball career and pissed away my fortune and didn’t look far enough into the future or anything like that?

So if you have some money to donate…I need exactly, hmmm, say 350k. that’d be good. pay off my working class shack by the wife a nice gift. get the kids through college so’s thay don’t wind up being a working class stiff like the ol man! lol

Donate money to forclosure victim? holy crap! use your clout and go hit Mr. O up for kickin some serious releif down to all us folks paying for all the other freeloaders!
