In the Silver Lake area of L.A., 24 actor Keifer Sutherland’s home is on the market for $4,895,000 — all 14,400 square feet of it.  No mere warehouse, the building contains a 6,000-square-foot industrial-chic loft and a downstairs recording studio. Hmm … did Sutherland have plans for a recording career?

Amy Sedaris' new building at 50 W. 9th Street, NYC

Actress/author/comedian Amy Sedaris recently bought a one-bedroom co-op unit in this building in Manhattan’s West Village for $1.3 million. The prewar unit looks to be full of charm, but alas, there are no pics of the kitchen, where you know Amy’s going to be creating her fabulously campy recipes. [Big Time Blog via Observer.com]

Johnny Knoxville's L.A. home

And last but not least, actor/reality star Johnny Knoxville, of Jackass fame, recently listed his Hollywood Hills home for $1,695,000. The listing is likely the result of Knoxville’s recent split with his wife of 12 years. From the looks of the listing photos, the 2,946-square-foot Mediterranean-style villa is pretty and polished. Wonder how much scrubbing they had to do erase the signs of Knoxville’s off-the-wall antics?
