We are excited to announce today we are offering a new way for national and regional brokerages to advertise for sale listings and build brand awareness — Home Page Featured Listings.

Home Page Featured Listings place local for sale listings right on the Zillow.com home page, where more than 8 million Zillow.com visits originate each month. Using Zillow’s ad serving technology, the listings are customized to a user’s most recent search of homes — ensuring that your for sale listings they see are local and relevant. For example, someone who recently searched homes with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, in the Seattle neighborhood of Fremont would see homes for sale that meet this criteria from our brokerage partners. And since it’s based on recent searches (not a user’s physical location), these listings are relevant to all buyers, including relocators or people searching for second homes.

We are proud to have Century 21 on board as the first national brokerage to participate in this program. With the use of this innovative platform, millions of Zillow visitors will see for sale listings from Century 21, based on their previous home searches.
