Actor Ashton Kutcher has a neighbor doing construction at 7:30 AM and took his anger out via Twitter and Qik. We all have neighbor stories. Do you have a neighbor from hell?

They sure do seem like whiny little babies. I was under the impression they have multiple houses to live in, and the neighbors are following the law.

I can understand how the neighbor doing construction next door at 7:00am would upset Ashton. It’s easy to feel a bit disturbed when you’re sound asleep in your bed and you’re rudely awoken in the morning.
Likewise, I also understand how he felt really bad about it afterwards. Sometimes we just don’t think rationally when we’re irritated, or how our actions will be perceived by others, or by ourselves when we inevitably see things clearer later in the day.
No big deal. Ashton is cool.
