Patrick Dempsey’s New England-Style Home on Market

Actor Patrick Dempsey, known as “McDreamy” for his sexy role as Dr. Derek Shepherd in the TV drama Grey’s Anatomy, was born in Lewiston, ME and raised in Turner, ME. So, it makes sense he would have a California home that looks very Maine-y, with white clapboard siding and classic, dark shutters. And now, evidently, his New England-style home at 914 Chantilly Rd, Los, Angeles, CA, is apparently on the market for $3,595,000, reports Big Time Listings.

Dempsey purchased the house in 2006 for $3,100,000. It looks like the real estate meltdown has kept a potential exorbitant celebrity markup on his home within a reasonably elevated price range.
