Concerning how to NOT participate in Zillow.com:

My wife and I have contacted Bill Edwards at corporate Homes&Land (850-574-2111). He is the Franchise Manager at corporate. Bill is personally contacting our local agent this day, to advise him just exactly how any local agent/agency can OPT OUT of any representation/misrepresentation whatsoever on Zillow.com while yet continuing to purchase other advertising through Homes&Land.

We think this important information for other homeowners and agents to have and be aware of as well. Agents can call their local Homes & Land advertising sales representative and OPT OUT. It’s the smart thing for any reputable REALTOR to do.

Carnival of Real Estate? You’ve gotta be kidding me. As in the Phantom strikes again: “…take your turn, take a ride on the merry-go-round … paper faces on parade, every face a different shade … look around there’s another face behind you … an inhuman race, where true is false: and who is who? Almost Shakesperian, worthy of any passionate Web-er, but passionate about what? Zillow profit-ability: you’ve gotta sells some ads, Zillow Team, your time is a wasting.

Watch your words, Tom. We have all heard now how “out of his butt” has become equivalent of [expletive deleted] on zillow blog. So much for free speech in blogging. They can take after McDonald’s Corporation and just publish whatever self-promoting bs they please. It’s sheep fodder. I mean sheep [moderator deleted].
