Britney Spears and A-Rod Drop Prices on Homes — Again

Any ideas as to why they are selling?

Let’s just get this over with! Obama should just take the homes from these rich Americans and live in them himself and give the other one to Al Gore so they can both run up air conditioning bills (paid for by U.S. taxpayers) so high that it would dwarf most people’s mortgage payments all the while they force us to drive little Hitler-inspired paddy-wagon “VW bug” cars and drive the price of gas up to $8/gallon.

Britney’s house in NOT in Beverly Hills. Yes, it has a post code that is shared with parts of BH, but that’s it. The house is in Studio City, above the San Fernando Valley. The joint is not even on the right side of Mulholland Drive (it’s on the north side as opposed to the side south of Mulholland where properties often have views of the LA basin). Sorry Brits, you paid too much for this ugly suburban McMansion.

No Brian, I (and likely a lot of other) ain’t with you. You’re wrong because a)the lady is a hard working American who I’m sure has paid a lot of taxes. Despite her current “issues”, she’s been in a business that requires very hard work since she was a kid. b) what gives you the right to any portion of her property? She worked for it, so she can have it, aint that the American way? Unless you’re in China, you can’t simply assume other people’s private property. So, “hard working tax payer”, talk to me.

Britney bought that house at a time which nearly coincided with the dramatic turn in the housing market. Mansions are stunning! I just wish I could afford it.
