Where to Find a Rich, Single Man

Marie Claire recently came out with a non-scientific study of the Top 20 cities to meet single men.

Given that it’s a summer Friday afternoon, and we’re all feeling very non-scientific about now, we decided to take this study a bit further, and re-rank Marie Claire’s top 20 cities by highest Zillow Home Value Index, which will effectively (and non-scientifically) help us pinpoint the best cities to find a RICH single man.

What we found takes us straight to the heart of Silicon Valley for our #1 and #2 picks of San Francisco and San Jose, two of the country’s most expensive cities to buy a home. Marie Claire’s top pick of Seattle drops to fifth when it comes to rich men, and the Southern gentlemen of the group (Austin, Atlanta, Houston and Dallas) fall towards the bottom of the list.

you should probably discount san francisco, atlanta and houston in this survey. most single guys are gay in all three. especially over 35.

Why discount the men in San Francisco or any city based on Zillow’s ranking? I believe Marie Claire is a “ladies magazine” did they take sexual preference into consideration? San Francisco is number 6?

On the left of the screen, you’ll see filter check boxes. The third one allows you to view the sold homes. Once you select it, that preference will be preserved for your next visit — sorry for the inconvenience.

LOL!! Last time I checked… a $500,000 mortgage (debt) did not qualify you as “rich”.

With thinking like this…No wonder we have a housing crisis.

Maybe try Colleges, those who seem to stay in school, seem to find the “rich man”.
