Lenny Kravitz Sells Miami Beach Home for $2.45 Million

This spring, Zillow reported that singer-songwriter-producer Lenny Kravitz had listed his Miami Beach property at 7936 Biscayne Point Circle, Miami Beach FL 33141 for $2,850,000. Earlier this week, Miami real estate blogger and agent Kevin Tomlinson reported that Kravitz’s property has been sold for $2,450,000. The ultra-modern Miami Beach waterfront home reportedly now belongs to a “regular person.”

No word on the motivation behind Kravitz’s move, but the star certainly made a hefty profit on the sale. Kravitz purchased the property in 1997 for $725,000. In his earlier years, Kravitz (aka: Romeo Blue) lived in much simpler quarters. According to some sources, in the early 1980′s, the aspiring star slept in a car he rented for $5/day.
